		<description>Olivine is the class of minerals (forsterite to fayalite and everything in between) that the jewelry industry likes to call peridot, and makes up a good chunk of the upper mantle. It comes up occasionally in volcanoes, like, oh, I don't know ... the one Laura's living on at the moment? ;) I've got a few bits here and there, but I'm not going to turn down any chunks of Antarctic goodness that come my way! 
I'm trying to imagine Laura on French maid duty turning down coverlets for Distinguished Visitors. Eek! 
The Dodgeball finals sound hilarious though ...
